Project Description:

This detached villa located in a stunning part of Orihuela Costa was a home for the current owner's parents. Having decided to keep it in the family, the decision was made to renovate the villa and use it as their family holiday home for the many years to come. The property was in a good structural condition and so this project was all about making it look "Elegant & Modern" while working with the original floors and the original layout of the property. 

Our work consisted in:

• Creating a new design for each room of the house
• Presenting all design and decoration ideas with 3D visuals
• Establishing a detailed budget covering all aspects of the project
• Contracting  Carpenter, painter, plumber, etc.
• Search, purchase and installation of all furniture, decorations & lightings
• Managing full project
