THE COUNTRY HOUSE Aspe (Alicante)

After helping our clients find and purchase their country house in Aspe, we were handed the keys of the property so we could bring this property back to life after having spent 4 years un-occupied. The layout and the structure of the house were in good condition and was ideal for a minimalistic with a touch of colonial design giving a sense of charm and space to this property.
In addition to keeping the original floors and structures, existing furniture was to be incorporated with new furniture.
Our work consisted in:
- Creation of a new design for each room of the house
- Presentations of all design and decoration ideas with 3D visuals
- Establishing a detailed budget covering all aspects of the project
- Contracting gardener, Carpenter, painter, plumber, etc.
- Search, purchase and installation of all furniture, decorations & lightings
- Creating and building custom furniture (Sidetable in corridor and bench in entrance)
- Management of the full project.
